Educational Visits

Bringing curriculum topics to life

School visits allow pupils to encounter experiences that are unavailable in the classroom. They can help pupils to develop initiative, resourcefulness and independence. It also helps develop emotional and physical well-being, develops environmental awareness and interpersonal skills. All our staff are DBS checked and we have full public liability insurance.

We can also arrange sessions for other groups such as Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. Please contact visits@made-well.co.uk to discuss this.

Our access information is available to view

'The students in Otters enjoyed their first full day trip to Made-Well CIC this week. We sat on a tractor, tasted seasonal vegetables and planted our own peas. After lunch we visited the lambing shed where we fed the lambs and got to hold them. Before we went home we helped muck out the goats and walk the ponies! It was no surprise that some students had a sleep on the way home.'
